NOMINATIONS FOR 2013 COMMITTEE MEMBERS

Bayswater Playgroup members are very lucky to have lots of fun-filled events that occur during the year and a host of special extras to benefit your children and the whole family. These are dependent on the efforts of many dedicated parents who volunteer their time throughout the year. Why not join them and make a difference?

Many of our current committee members will be leaving at the end of this year. To ensure playgroup continues to be a success and to become a productive part of the community, please volunteer and help out when, where and how it suits you and your lifestyle!

** Bayswater Playgroup cannot continue unless it has a full committee – please help us ensure it keeps going and going and going by giving a little bit back **

<< Committee members receive a 50% reduction in their playgroup fees! >>

Like socialising?
We need two volunteers to help with fundraising and organise a few events throughout the year. Could you do that?
Fanatical about toy and games?
Our toy library needs two coordinators to ensure it is kept spick and span.
IT literate?
We’d love for you to keep our blog and website updated with news items.
Feeling artistic?
How about being the craft coordinator and letting your creativity flow.
Like to shop?
Be our purchasing officer and spend, spend, spend (but not too much!)
Number cruncher?
The treasurer keeps our books balanced.
Are you vocal?
Chair the meeting and make things happen – we need an operations manager too!
Can you type, email and print?
Then become our very own ‘Miss Moneypenny’ secretary!
Do you enjoy chatting to people?
You may be perfect as our enrolments officer, placing new families into relevant slots.

There are many positions to fill and your help really does make such a difference. Come to our AGM on Monday 19 November and talk to members of the current committee about how you can be involved.
