Playgroup news

Dear Playgroup Members

We hope that you have enjoyed your summer break and are raring to get back to Playgroup for 2012. Term 1 starts on 30th January.

Here's an update on what's happening at BPG:
Our new cubby house should start to be installed within the next few weeks. There may be a little disruption as the work commences, but it will be worth it in the end. We also have a new outdoor trampoline - a kind donation from an existing member. Please ensure you watch the little ones as they bounce. Crash mats will be arriving soon!

Fundraising will continue for 2012, and I'd like to remind all members that we rely on every bit of help we can get from you, so please sign up as a volunteer for each event, whether that be a busy bee, clean up or sausage sizzle - that way we all get to enjoy the playgroup that we've all helped to create.

WE can't do it without YOU!!

We will officially install our new volunteer committee members at the next committee meeting on 6th February at 7.30pm. Please ensure you send along atleast one member from your group. We're toughening up in 2012 and groups who fail to attend two consecutive meetings will be asked to forgo their places.

Contact details of the new members will be detailed in the Information Packs, noticeboard or here on the website very soon.

Fees for 2012 (BPG, Playgroup WA and Toy Library) are now due. Please refer to the Payment Instructions page for details. NB: If you do not pay by the designated date you will lose your slot at playgroup!

Enrolment is easy. Just click on the BPG Forms page and follow the prompts.

Group Leaders - don't forget to check your pigeon holes each week. And please oversee tidying up after each session.
